Abstract:	The objectives of our study are: 1) development of methods to study the effects of pulsed electron beams on microorganisms; 2) preliminary study of radiation resistance of microorganisms of interest. Irradiation in this study was conducted on two pulsed accelerators URT-1 and URT-0.5. We investigated the effect on the survival of the bacteria contaminating food (Klebsiella, Citrobacter, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, fungus Aspergillus).
