Опыт работы школы в образовательной Экосистеме

Abstract

Сегодня образовательным организациям требуется работа в новом формате, новые связи, решая новые образовательные задачи. Статья рассматривает вопрос новой работы школы как элемента всей образовательной экосистемы территории. Она включает государственные структуры, образовательные организации, бизнес, социальные сообщества. Как единая экосистема школа должна решать свои задачи и способствовать достижению общих целей всей экосистемы. Основу методологии исследования составляет подход к биосистемам, имеющим свои малые системы, которые развиваются и трансформируются, создавая новые черты и формы самой системы. Проведенный кейс-анализ работы ведущей школы Екатеринбурга показывает такую систему взаимосвязи образовательной экосистемы. Авторы заключают, что школа постепенно переконструируется в образовательную экосистему, вписываясь в общую концепцию развития. В статье выделены роль и функции школы в экосистеме, изучены связи школы и других структурных элементов экосистемы: школа – государственные учреждения, школа – предприятия, школа – культурные и спортивные учреждения, школа – университеты, школа – научные лаборатории.

Today, educational organizations need to work in a new format, new connections, solving new educational problems. The article examines the issue of new schoolwork as an element of the entire educational ecosystem of the territory. It includes government agencies, educational organizations, business, and social communities. As a single ecosystem, the school must solve its problems and contribute to the achievement of the common goals of the entire ecosystem. The basis of the research methodology is the approach to biosystems that have their own small systems that develop and transform, creating new features and forms of the system itself. The conducted case analysis of the work of a leading school in Yekaterinburg shows such a system of interconnection of the educational ecosystem. The authors conclude that the school is gradually being restructured into an educational ecosystem, fitting into the general concept of development. The article highlights the role and functions of the school in the ecosystem, studies the connections between the school and other structural elements of the ecosystem: school - government institutions, school - enterprises, school - cultural and sports institutions, school - universities, school - scientific laboratories.
