Оценка влияния пандемии Covid-19 на динамику банкротств юридических лиц в России и зарубежных странах

Abstract

Целью данного исследования является оценка влияния пандемии COVID-19 на динамику банкротств юридических лиц в России и зарубежных странах. Рассмотрены различные трактовки понятия «банкротство», а также процедуры банкротства в соответствии с российским законодательством. Проанализированы динамика количества российских компаний, признанных банкротами, за период 2018-2020 гг., динамика количества судебных решений в разрезе процедур банкротства юридических лиц в РФ за соответствующий период. Составлен рейтинг (топ-10) стран мира по количеству юридических лиц-резидентов, признанных в 2020 году банкротами, оценена позиция Российской Федерации в данном рейтинге.

The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the dynamics of bankruptcy of legal entities in Russia and abroad. Various interpretations of the concept of «bankruptcy» are considered, as well as bankruptcy procedures in accordance with Russian legislation. The dynamics of the number of Russian companies declared bankrupt for the period 2018- 2020, the dynamics of the number of court decisions in the context of bankruptcy procedures of legal entities in the Russian Federation for the corresponding period are analyzed. A rating (top-10) of the countries of the world by the number of resident legal entities recognized as bankrupt in 2020 has been compiled, and the position of the Russian Federation in this rating has been evaluated.
