Abstract: The article presents how the three largest Japanese video game companies Capcom, Sega and Bandai Namco changed their business processes and implemented new strategic initiatives because of the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Moreover, the work contains the analysis of changes in business segments and ESG activities, which were carried out due to external environment calls.
