Проблемы евгеники и дисгеники в мире биологических и цифровых технологий

Abstract

The world of social, including industrial and labor and family relations is becoming increasingly conflict and crisis: invading human life, crises and stress stimulate reactions of more or less active protest, including an attempt to escape from stress and problems. Digital (media technology) and biological (neurotechnology) technologies, as it seems to people, provide such an opportunity. However, there are more negative aspects of their application now than positives. At the same time, the issue is not the rejection of technologies that supposedly lead to disgene, not the “inferiority” of the population, but that humanity needs a culture of innovation, a culture of education and training of the population in the conditions of the “digital world” and other technologies.

Мир социальных, в том числе производственно-трудовых и семейных отношений, становится все более конфликтным и кризисным: вторгаясь в жизнь человека, кризисы и стрессы стимулируют реакции более или менее активного протеста, в том числе попытку убежать от стрессов и проблем. Цифровые (медийные технологии) и биологические (нейротехнологии) технологии, как кажется людям, предоставляют такую возможность. Однако негативных сторон их применения сейчас больше, чем позивтиных. Вместе с тем вопрос не в отказе от технологий, якобы ведущих к дизгении, не в «неполноценности» части населения, а в том, что человечеству нужна культура инноваций, культура воспитания и обучения населения в условиях «цифрового мира» и иных технологий.
