Трансформация личностной и профессиональной идентичности студентов и преподавателей в корпоративной культуре вуза

Abstract

The dynamic process of identification of a modern higher educational institution is associated with the transformation of its main subjects — students and teachers. The development of the digitalization of the information society, the dominance of consumer culture has led to the adoption of knowledge as a commodity. This affects all spheres of society, transforms the personality of the student and teacher as participants in the educational process with its goals, content, technologies and achieved results. Since the mid 90-ies of the twentieth century, the Ural scientific school has paid constant attention to the study of the processes of socio-cultural development of the student body in the Middle Urals. Considering the identity of students and teachers as an answer to the question “ Who am I”, the author adheres to the criteria of anthropological proportionality/disproportion, adopted and supported by the professional community of the higher educational institution in accordance with the anthropological modifications in society, culture and education as answers to the challenges of our time.

Рассматривая идентичность личности студента и преподавателя как ответ на вопрос «Кто Я», автор придерживается критериев антропологической соразмерности/несоразмерности, принятых и поддерживаемых профессиональным сообществом высшего учебного заведения в соответствии с происходящими антропологическими модификациями в социуме, культуре и образовании как ответами на вызовы современности.
