К вопросу об организации самостоятельной работы студентов как средства развития компетенций

Abstract

Orientation of the educational process of universities is at training highly qualified professionals. Competition in the labor market places high demands on specialists. Students must form the skills of independent acquisition of knowledge and abilities, as well as be aware of the responsibility for their professional training from the first days of training if they want to achieve success in the professional field. Independent work becomes the leading form of organization of the educational process. It is important to raise the problem of its activation for all subjects of educational process. The activation of independent work is associated with an increase in its share in the student‘s educational activities. It is a condition of the modernization of education. This is also due to the need to create the conditions necessary to ensure in the educational process of the university. High results of independent work are achieved through the motivation of students and the formed attitude towards it. Independent work should be perceived as an important component of educational activities and a leading means of developing professional competence.

Образовательный процесс вузов направлен на подготовку высококвалифицированных профессионалов. Конкуренция на рынке труда предъявляет высокие требования к специалистам, поэтому студенты, желающие достичь успеха в профессиональной сфере, с первых дней обучения должны формировать навыки самостоятельного приобретения знаний и умений, а также осознавать ответственность за свою профессиональную подготовку. В связи с этим самостоятельная работа становится ведущей формой организации учебного процесса, что выдвигает проблему ее активизации для всех его субъектов. Активизация самостоятельной работы связана не только с увеличением ее доли в учебной деятельности студента в связи с модернизацией образования, но и с созданием условий, которые должны быть обеспечены в образовательном процессе вуза. Высокие результаты самостоятельной работы достигаются через мотивацию студентов и сформированное отношение к ней, как к важной составляющей части учебной деятельности и ведущему средству выработки профессиональной компетенции.
