Объекты спортивной инфраструктуры в городской среде: социокультурный и экономический аспекты

Abstract

The article is dedicated to the problem of assessing the effectiveness of investments in sports infrastructure facilities. The article considers the content and essence of state support for the development of the city's sports infrastructure as a key stimulating factor, the socio-cultural and economic effects of implementing significant sports infrastructure facilities. The factors used in the analysis of the investment efficiency of sports infrastructure facilities in the urban environment in general are disclosed. The importance of sports infrastructure from the point of view of the socio-cultural aspect in evaluating the economic efficiency of sports infrastructure facilities is considered. The current problems of economic efficiency of the already implemented objects of the sports infrastructure of the Russian Federation and possible options for the formation of project concepts based on the experience of similar successful foreign projects are disclosed.

Статья посвящена проблеме оценки эффективности инвестиций в объекты спортивной инфраструктуры. В статье рассмотрены вопросы государственной поддержки развития спортивной инфраструктуры города как ключевой стимулирующий фактор, а также социокультурный и экономический эффекты реализации значимых объектов спортивной инфраструктуры. Определены факторы, используемые в анализе инвестиционной эффективности объектов спортивной инфраструктуры в городской среде в целом. Рассмотрена значимость социокультурного аспекта при оценке экономической эффективности объектов спортивной инфраструктуры. Раскрыты актуальные проблемы оценки эко­номической эффективности объектов спортивной инфраструктуры на территории Российской Федерации и возможные варианты формирования концепций проектов на основе опыта реализации аналогичных успешных зарубежных проектов.
