Культура в оценке качества населения

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются формы выражения культурной составляющей качества населения. Проанализировав различные подходы, автор предлагает использовать опыт статистической службы Европейского союза и ведомственные данные Министерства культуры РФ, как наиболее полно отражающие культурную составляющую качества населения.

The article deals with the form of expression of the cultural component of the quality of the population. After analyzing the different approaches the author offers to use the experience of the statistical service of the European Union and the departmental data of the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation, as the most fully reflecting the cultural component of the quality of the population.
