Образовательные стратегии студентов в ситуации неопределенности

Abstract

Актуальной проблемой организации обучения студентов является формирование у них умения преодолевать трудности, возникающие при освоении новых знаний и вызванные тем, что студент периодически сталкивается с неопределенными ситуациями, связанными с тем, что существует несколько вариантов разрешения возникших в учебе проблем. Целью статьи является анализ способов поведения личности в ситуации, когда нужно найти оптимальный вариант действий. На материалах социологического исследования студентов Уральского федерального университета, проведенного в 2023 г. показаны образовательные стратегии, применяемые обучающимися для снижения рисков в ситуации неопределенности и достижения желаемых результатов. Показано, что наиболее оптимальной стратегией является та, которая учитывает возможности и способности личности реализовать задачи, связанные с получением профессиональных знаний, их применением на практике. При этом доказано, что из-за особенностей некоторых рисков, которые связаны с незнанием всех способов их преодоления, нельзя просчитать возможные негативные результаты. Можно снизить неопределенность при разрешении возникающих у студентов трудностей, но полностью избежать рисков трудно.

An urgent problem of the organization of students’ education is the constructiong of their ability to overcome challenges, arising from the development of new situations of knowledge. They are caused by the fact that the student regularly faces uncertain dispositions related to the fact that there are several options for solving problems that have arisen in his or her studies. The purpose of the article is to analyze the moods of person’s behavior in a situation when it is necessary to find the best course of action. Based on the results of a sociological study of students of the Ural Federal University of Yekaterinburg, conducted in 2023, are shown educational tracks used by them to reduce risks in a situation of uncertainty in achieving the proper results. It is demonstrated that a most optimal strategy is one that takes into account the individual’s capabilities and ability to implement tasks related to gaining professional knowledge, their implementation in practice. At the same time, it is proved that due to the peculiarities of some risks, due to ignorance of all the ways of overcoming them, it is impossible to calculate providable negative results. It is possible to reduce the uncertainty in resolving the difficulties students face, but it is not realistic to completely avoid risks.
