Abstract: A method for structural and textural analysis of 06Mn2MoNb steel was developed by means of EBSD. This method allows to establish the most dangerous combinations of directions and planes along which cracks can propagate with the lowest energy consumption, effectively forming running fractures. © 2022 American Institute of Physics Inc..
