| Abstract: | This paper considers the legal aspects of cryptocurrency. Examples of real regulation of cryptocurrency at the international and national level are explored, key aspects of such regulation are highlighted. The law enforcement practice in the field of cryptocurrency is analyzed, which reveals the legal problems of cryptocurrency and shows directions for further regulation. |
