Modern Problems of Appraisal Activity in the Russian Federation

Abstract

Целью данной научной работы является изучение состояния оценочной деятельности в Российской Федерации, поиск в ней недостатков путём сравнения с другими юридическими сферами, а также рассмотрения опыта иных стран. Оценка в современной экономике играет не малую роль. Она влияет на многие экономические сферы, без неё невозможно представить службу налоговых, банков, аукционов, строительных компаний… Именно благодаря ей, мы понимаем ценность многих вещей и можем правильно ими распрягаться.

The aim of this work is to study the state of appraisal activity in the Russian Federation, search for its deficiencies by comparing with other legal sectors and consider the experience of other countries. The appraisal has a significant role in the modern economy. It affects many economic realms and it is impossible to imagine the work of tax services, banks, auction sales and construction companies without it. Precisely because of the appraisal people understand the real value of goods and can properly dispose of them.
