Реновация зеленых пространств ансамбля Дворянское гнездо в Екатеринбурге

Abstract

В статье авторы анализируют жилой квартал Дворянское гнездо, расположенный в районе Уралмаш города Екатеринбурга и прилегающую территорию с точки зрения устойчивого развития. Используя методику датского архитектора Яна Гейла, выявляют проблемы комплекса по двенадцати критериям и предлагают варианты их решений. В статье предложено концептуальное решение благоустройства прилегающей территории с учетом доступности для всех групп населения. В заключение даны рекомендации и предложения, необходимые для повышения качества жизни на территории жилого комплекса и важность сохранения жилого фонда первой половины XX века.

In the article, the authors analyze the Dvoryanskoe Gnezdo residential quarter, located in the Uralmash district of the city Yekaterinburg, and the surrounding area from the point of view of sustainable development. Using the methodology of the Danish architect Jan Gale, the problems of the complex are identified according to twelve criteria and options for their solutions are proposed. The article proposes a conceptual solution for the improvement of the adjacent territory, taking into account accessibility for all population groups. In conclusion, recommendations and proposals are given that are necessary to improve the quality of life on the territory of the residential complex and the importance of preserving the housing stock of the first half of the 20th century.
