Abstract: The most characteristic development feature of the majority of countries in the modern world is advances in engineering and information technology. the high rate of science development, the latest technologies, and, what is more important, the scale and ways of their introduction and application in production, social activities, education, medicine, etc., have turned the scientific and technological revolution into a natural, necessary process. Information technology (It) is the most important component of using the society information resources. to date, It has gone through several stages of evolution, the change of which is determined by technical process, the emergence of new technological means of information retrieval and processing [1].
