Abstract: | This paper initially introduces some drawbacks for the quality of human recourse management in Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises, in the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic. Then this paper aims to explain the general functions and benefits of digitalization of human resource management, and to analyze the current trend of digitalization for transforming the models and methods of human resource management for the most Chinese SMEs. The conclusions of this paper reveal the role of digitalization is vital and profound, and then provide some recommendations on HR SaaS to Chinese SMEs, who are ought to organically and agilely conduct the progress of upgrading their human resource management as soon as they can. |
