Abstract: В докладе представлены результаты экспериментов электропроводности искусственно синтезированных молекул ДНК. В ходе работы изготовили проводящую подложку и нанесли на нее олигонуклеотиды. После детектирования молекул ДНК на подложке, измерили их вольт-амперные характеристики.
The report presents the results of experiments on the electrical conductivity of artificially synthesized DNA molecules. In the course of the work, a conducting substrate was made and oligonucleotides were adsorbed to it. After visualization the DNA molecules on the substrate, their I-V curves were measured.
