Abstract: | A simple, efficient, and green method for the one-pot synthesis of 4(3H)-quinazolinones by condensation of anthranilic acid, orthoesters, and amines in the presence of Brønsted Acidic ionic liquid has been developed. the advantages of the present protocol are this occurred at room temperature, under solvent-free conditions to afford the products in excellent yields, easy workup. © 2020 Author(s). |
