Abstract: | The article is devoted to research of features of the construct "emotional and personal well-being" based on the analysis of interrelations of parameters of the method "self-assessment of emotional and personal well-being" (SEPWB) with parameters of methods aimed at the study of "psychological well-being" (i. Riff), "resilience" (S. Muddy), "socio-psychological adaptation" (K. Rogers, R. Daymond) and "burnout" (C. Maslach), adapted by domestic authors. To test the hypothesis that there are reliable links between the parameters of the SEPWB method and the parameters of the above-mentioned methods, a correlation analysis was performed. Multiple regression analysis was also used to test the hypothesis that it is possible to calculate the indicators of the methods listed above by constructing regression models based on three total parameters of the SEPWB method: A ("positive emotional component of well-being"), B ("positive personal component of well-being"), and C ("component of lack of well-being"). Calculations of indicators of "psychological well-being" and "resilience" were carried out on a sample of 55 male respondents. Calculations of indicators of "socio-psychological adaptation" were carried out on a sample of 1201 respondents (310 men, 891 women). Calculations of indicators of "professional burnout" were carried out on a sample of 381 respondents (61 men, 320 women). Processing of the results showed the presence of multiple significant correlations between the parameters of the SEPWB method and the parameters of the four above-mentioned methods, as well as the ability to calculate the parameters of these methods based on the SEPWB method. © 2020 LLC Ecological Help.
