Abstract

The studies were carried out by population-ontogenetic methods. The evaluation of the state of coenopopulations Hordeum brevisubulatum (Trin.) Link. on a complex individuals and populations characteristics. A total of 15 cenopopulations of Hordeum brevisubulatum (Trin.) Link. Studies in valley of Middle Lena have shown a diverse picture of the dynamics of the vitality and demographic structure of the cenopopulations of the species.Cenopopulations with a leftsided spectrum were absent. Bimodal (62,1 %) and right-sided (34,5 %) spectra predominate. The base spectrum is an incomplete bimodal with maxima on im and g3. Demographic indicators are dynamic and determined by the amount of precipitation in the vegetation periods of the previous and current year.According to the classification of «delta-omega» there are five types of cenopopulations – young, transitional, mature, aging and old. There are no ripening types. A scale with three levels of the condition of the coenopopulations was compiled. It is established that a significant part (86,2 %) of the cenopopulations of the species is in a satisfactory condition, the optimal state is 13,8 %. There are no pessimal cenopopulations.
