Папоротники Плехановского бора города Тюмени

Abstract

Data are given of the meetings of ferns in the survey of vegetation in Plekhanovsky pinery – a forest that is part of the urban forests of the city of Tyumen. Plekhanovsky pinery is the remain of coniferous forests that once covered the watershed Tours and pyshmy, its area is 199,0 hectares. The pinery is dominated by forests mainly herbal types. There are also mixed pinebirch and birch forests of zonal type with rich and diverse grass cover, as well as areas of boggy forest and small swamps. This forests is used by the population for recreation, but there are no signs of significant recreational digression here. On the territory of pinery found 9 species of ferns: Matteuccia struthiopteris, Athyrium filix-femina, Cystopteris fragilis, Dryopteris filixmas, D. Carthusiana, Gymnocarpium dryopteris, Phegopteris connectilis, Thelypteris palustris, Botrychium multifidum. For each species, the numbers, condition and preferred biotopes are specified. For rare species indicated their protective status according to the red book of the Tyumen region. The conclusion about rather high species richness of ferns in the territory of the Plekhanovsky pinery is drawn. This is facilitated by the protected status of urban forests and moderate recreational impacts.
