Abstract: This paper suggests a methodological approach to the problem of waste management. Scenarios evaluation of waste disposal landfills is proposed. Integral index of ecological hazard based on the number of initial landfill indicators is used for decision-making. So one can calculate the value of integral index due to different waste disposal scenarios and choose the most optimal one. Our approach is illustrated by calculation of scenarios for three landfills of one city in the Russia Arctic Zone for 4 years. © 2018
