Abstract: | The relevance of the topic we have taken is that in today's realities, talent management is one of the main tasks of organization management. The main goal of our article is to understand what talent management is and see how it is implemented using the example of Daniel Wellington, analyze this imple-mentation and provide suggestions on how to improve work in this area. In our research, we used methods such as: analysis of the regulatory framework, interviewing and questioning. The study was conducted on the basis of the organization of Daniel Wellington, which included an interview with the HR director and em-ployees of three points to identify the necessary information about talent management. The results of the study confirmed the importance of talented employees in the organization, the drawn up checklist revealed shortcomings that can be taken into account in the future. |
