Барьеры развития государственно-частного партнерства в сфере образования

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of existing barriers to the development of public-private partnerships in the field of education. The article proves that the application of the principles of public-private partnership in the construction of educational institutions is an instrument for the effective development of the regions on the territory of which PPP projects are implemented, as well as the national economy. In the field of education, which in turn needs support and co-financing, the involvement of the private sector will improve the quality of infrastructure and education. It is concluded that the existing dysfunctions in this area do not allow creating a platform for cooperation between government and business, and also hamper the development of regions.

Статья посвящена исследованию барьеров развития государственно-частного партнерства (ГЧП) в сфере образования. В статье доказывается, что применение принципов ГЧП при строительстве образовательных учреждений является инструментом эффективного развития регионов, на территории которых реализуются ГЧП-проекты, а также национальной экономики.
