Повышение инвестиционной привлекательности Уральского федерального округа

Abstract

One of the most important conditions for the integration of the Russian Federation into the global economy is the attraction of foreign investment. Last years were not the most successful for Russia from the point of view of development of international cooperation, that fact influence on the level of inflow of investments in the regions of Russia. Obviously, the Urals Federal District will not be able to catch up with Moscow or St. Petersburg in terms of the level of inflow of foreign investments in the foreseeable future. Nevertheless, the implementation of comprehensive measures can stop the fall in the inflow of direct investment and investment influence on the investment climate of the Urals Federal District.

Одним из важнейших условий интеграции Российской Федерации в глобальную экономику является привлечение иностранных инвестиций. Инвестиционная ситуация в УрФО на данном этапе характеризуется дефицитом инвестиций. Очевидно, что Уральскому Федеральному округу не удастся в обозримой пер­спективе догнать Москву или СанктПетербург по уровню при­тока иностранных инвестиций. Тем не менее, проведение комплексных мер может остановить падение притока прямых иностранных инвестиций и оказать положительное влияние на инвестиционный климат Уральского федерального округа.
