Проблемы реализации государственно-частного партнерства в сфере жилищно-коммунального хозяйства

Abstract

На сегодняшний день из всех направлений развития системы ЖКХ государственно-частного партнерства жилищно-коммунальное хозяйство является самым рискованным, но и самым эффективным. В статье рассмотрено современное положение дел в жилищно-коммунальном хозяйстве России. Рассмотрены риски для частных предприятий при создании ГЧП. Предложены варианты включения бизнеса в партнерские отношения с властью.

To date, of all the directions of the development of the housing and communal services system of public-private partnerships, the housing and utilities sector is the most risky, but also the most effective. The article considers the current state of affairs in the housing and communal services of Russia. The risks for private enterprises in the creation of PPPs are considered. Options for including business in partnership with the authorities are suggested.
