Электронно-библиотечные системы - проблемы создания, тенденции развития

Abstract

На протяжении последних лет широко обсуждаются вопросы, связанные с обеспечением вузовских библиотек электронно-библиотечными системами (ЭБС). Данные системы должны отвечать требованиям к организации учебного процесса, сформулированным в поручении Президента РФ (от 31.10.09) и нашедшим отражение в документах Минобрнауки РФ, Рособрнадзора и в ФГОС ВПО. В данном материале автор попытался ответить на вопрос, каким образом можно решить проблему обеспечения библиотеки вуза легальной ЭБС.

During the last years the questions concerned with supplying the institutes libraries with electronic library systems (ELS) have being widely discussed and legally supported. These systems must meet the requirements of studying activity, which have been represented in the Order of President of the Russian Federation of the 31th of September, 2009. The requirements were reflected in the legal documents of Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, Federal Supervision Agency over Education and Science, the Federal Educational Standard of Higher Education. In the given material the author tried to answer the question how to solve the problem of supplying the institute library with a legal ELS.
