Статья описывает особенности конкурентной среды электросетевой компании. Основная идея заключается в поиске направлений развития на конкурентных рынках, в особенности на таких, как рынок труда и рынок капитала. Авторы предлагают электросетевым компаниям выходить за рамки регулирования для обеспечения развития и описывают механизмы работы на конкурентных рынках.

The article deals with the peculiarities of competitive environment of an electric grid company. The main idea is about the search of the directions of development at competitive markets such as labour and capital markets. The authors think it is necessary for the electric grid companies to go beyond the regulation frames to provide development and describe the mechanisms of work at competitive markets.
