Дихотомия «общие издержки - специфические издержки»

Abstract

Existing division of costs does not describe their differentiation on nature-climatic conditions, therefore in work the pair «the general and specific costs «is offered on the basis of dichotomizing procedure. It is judged, that presence of significant specific costs is not the fatal factor for economic development, their influence weakens in process of perfection of market attitudes and construction of postindustrial economy. At the same time generation of an industrial policy with a support on raw branches preserve inertial character of the Russian economy - specific costs in due course increase the price of transition to a postindustrial society.

Существующее деление издержек не описывает их дифференциацию по природно-климатическим условиям, поэтому в работе предложена пара «общие и специфические издержки» на основе дихотомической процедуры. Делается вывод, что наличие значительных специфических издержек не является фатальным фактором для экономического развития, их воздействие ослабевает по мере совершенствования рыночных отношений и построения постиндустриальной экономики. Вместе с тем продолжение промышленной политики с опорой на сырьевые отрасли консервирует инерционный характер российской экономики - специфические издержки со временем увеличивают цену перехода к постиндустриальному обществу.
