Создание французской информационно-пропагандистской системы в России (1915–1916 гг.)

Abstract

В статье показан процесс формирования французской службы пропаганды в России в годы Первой мировой войны. Ее создание была обусловлено чередой кризисов в межсоюзнических отношениях России и Франции, поиском новых форм взаимодействия с обществом и стало новаторским опытом в пространстве тотальной войны. Автор рассматривает становление аппарата пропаганды в контексте общефранцузской тенденции реорганизации информационно-пропагандистской системы. Исследование основано на оригинальных документах Исторической службы Министерства обороны Франции и архива Министерства иностранных дел Франции.

The article considers the process of creation of the French Service of propaganda in Russia during the First World War. The necessity of this service was explained by the presence of the constant crisis in terms of interallied cooperation between Russia and France and reflected the process of seeking of new forms of interaction with the society. It also became an innovation in the area of total war. The author considers the creation of such new Service in the context of the all-French tendencies of the reorganization information systems. This article is based on the original documents of the Historical Service of the French Ministry of Defense and the archive of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of France.
