Abstract

Neo-industrial vector of development of society, toward which the Russian mentality, the historical path of our homeland provides new and yet as a whole – traditionally, to raise the question of neo-industrialism as the national idea of the new Millennium, the mainstream of the society in the basis, creating a new economy – the security of the entire nation. This economy guarantees the preservation of the sovereignty - the governmental and cultural independence of the people, the savings created by the Russian people in the Commonwealth with other Nations of Eurasia are United, the great, millennial nation-state. That is why our national idea can and should be a neo-industrialism as the development of the production of thin technologies and the emergence of a knowledge economy, economy as security and population protection. In essence, it is about the beginning of the movement of a great country from provide recent national security forces, strategic assets and technology old industrial economy "second wave" to neweconomic security – economy neoindustrial, guaranteeing the state and territorial unity of Russia, its leading position in the global historical process. This process ends the prehistory of humanity and begins his true history.
