Abstract:	The analysis of structure of estates and classes in the Yamato society proves that it concerns ancient societies with slave-holding social stratification. The state organization of this society has typical character of so-called barbarous communities. The barbarous communities and states were under strong influence of old class societies, that results in the fast and deformed development.
