Abstract:	The main problem of railway wheels production is the accuracy increase of roughing wheels in order to reduce the machining allowance. The solution of this problem is connected with the development of certain technological schemes and modes specification of roughing and finishing stamping on the basis of new technical solutions. Analysis of the influence of process parameters on the accuracy of the wheels and choice of a rational process flow sheet punching and rolling to reduce the allowances for turning can be accelerated if we use mathematical modeling to study the stamping metal forming features.
