Abstract:	Рассматриваются вопросы организационного моделирования процесса закупок для нужд университета, предложены методы его оптимизации. Представлена схема взаимодействия структурных подразделений и должностных лиц в процессе закупок. Discusses issues of organizational modeling of the process of procurement for the needs of the University, the methods and notation simulation for optimization of the process. A scheme of interaction between structural subdivisions and officials in the process of procurement for the needs of the University.
