Из истории одного архива

Abstract

Автор статьи рассматривает историю и современное состояние архива федерального казенного учреждения «Объединение исправительных колоний № 4 с особыми условиями хозяйственной деятельности Главного управления федеральной службы исполнения наказаний по Свердловской области» как ведомственного архива. Большое внимание уделяется работе сотрудников архива, характеризуется состав и содержанием документов архива. Особо рассматриваются современные проблемы в сфере обеспечения режима хранения документов архива ведомства.

The author examines the history and current state of the archive of the federal treasury institution “Combining penal colonies № 4 with special conditions of economic activity of the Main Department of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Sverdlovsk region” as the departmental archives. Much attention is paid to the employees of the archive, the structure and the content of the documents of the archive is characterized. Specifically covers the contemporary issues in the field of document filing mode archive department.
