Культурологический подход к формированию педагогической культуры учителя

Abstract

Дается анализ структуры культуры и культурного воспроизводства человека, что позволяет прийти к выводу о соответствии структуры культуры и структуры педагогической деятельности и необходимости ее культурологического обоснования, в том числе процесса формирования педагогической культуры учителя.

The analyses of the components of culture and cultural reproduction of a person is given. This leads to the conclusion of the correspondence of the components of culture and the structure of the pedagogical activities and thus speaks for the necessity to give the latter the cultorelogical ground, the same is stated true with reference to the formation of pedagogical culture of a teacher.
