Влияние территориально-отраслевой системы управления на легкую промышленность Урала (1957-1965)

Abstract

Анализируется развитие легкой промышленности Урала в 1957-1965 гг. в условиях территориально-отраслевой системы управления. На основе архивных материалов исследуется процесс передачи предприятий местной промышленности и промысловой кооперации в ведение уральских совнархозов; отмечаются как положительные, так и негативные последствия данного решения. Рассматривается «особая» роль партийных органов в сложившейся системе управления предприятиями легкой индустрии края.

The article analyzes the development of Ural light industry in 1957-1965 under the territorial and industry-specific management system. With reference to archival documents, the author demonstrates how Ural sovnarkhozes (councils of national economy) gained control over the local enterprises and nonagricultural production cooperatives pointing out the positive and negative effects of the process. Additionally, the article focuses on the communist party bodies’ special role in the light industry management system of the period in question.
