Особенности профессионального стресса у представителей монотонного вида труда

Abstract

Анализируются особенности профессионального стресса у представителей разных типов профессий, осуществляющих деятельность в монотонных условиях труда. Выдвигается предположение, что обладатели коммуникативных профессий в большей степени подвержены развитию стресса, чем работники сигнономических профессий. Проводится сравнительное исследование целостных синдромов стресса у операторов контакт-центра и сотрудников документационной службы. Доказана повышенная стрессогеность трудовой деятельности персонала, интенсивно работающего с клиентами организации.

The peculiarities of the professional stress are being analyzed concerning the representatives of different types of monotonous labor. The author assumes that the representatives of the communicative types of professions are more likely to suffer from stress in comparison with the sygnonomic types of professions. The comparative research of the integral stress syndromes is being conducted based on the study of contact-center operators and documentation workers. The increased level of stress concerning the professional activity of the staff members who work intensively with the customers is being proved.
