Воспоминания председателя колхоза

Abstract

Представленный в публикации документ, содержит выдержки из воспоминаний И.И. Бортулева, председателя деревни Семки Брянской области, и представляет события из жизни автора за достаточно протяженный период времени - от коллективизации до 1990-х гг. Историков могут заинтересовать суждения автора о различных событиях из истории советской деревни, сведения о характере партийно-государственного руководства колхозами, рассуждения об эффективности «кукурузной» кампании и т.д.

In introduced document it is presented the extracts from the I.I.Bortulev’s recollections, the Chairman of the village Semka (Bryansk oblast), and presented the events from the author’s life for quite an extended period of time – from collectivization to 1990. For historians it is interesting the author’s opinions about different events from the history of soviet village, information about the character of the party and state leadership of the collective farms, the arguments about the effectiveness of "corn" campaign, etc.
