Abstract:	Автор прослеживает изменения правового регулирования гражданской службы в России по материалам различных изданий Устава о службе. Рассматривается правовое положение выпускников учебных заведений во второй половине ХIХ в. In the article it is observed changes in the legal regulations of the civil service in Russia, which is based on various editions of the Charter of the service. It is considered the legal position of graduates in the second half XIX century.
