Парадигма асимметричного общественного развития в системе международных отношений «Север - Юг»

Abstract

Статья посвящена осмыслению возможностей национального регионального раз­вития в условиях глобализации. Показаны особенности «западных» и «восточ­ных» стратегий индустриализации. Анализируются различия в уровне разви­тия между развитыми и развивающимися странами. Особое внимание уделено оценке роли технологий и инноваций в конкурентной борьбе стран мира. Оце­нивается влияние социальных, экологических и психологических факторов на развитие государств.

The article is devoted to the comprehension of the national regionaldevelopment potentialities considering the globalisation. In the article peculiarities of the “western” and “eastern” strategies of industrialization are examined. The article focuses on the distinctions in the development level between developed and developing countries. The role of the technologies and innovations in the world trade competition is particularly analysed. The article includes the estimation of the social, ecologic and psychological factors that influence the state development.
