Центральная Азия во внешней политике России

Abstract

The text deals with Central Asia as a strategic partner of Russia. The main idea of the paper is that Russia has their lawful interests in political, energy, cultural and other fields. The author believes that the Russian Federation are interested in promote regional peace and stability, including the fight against international terrorism and drug trafficking. Due attention is paid to the influence of the Afghan factor on the situation in the Central Asian region and Russia. The author found out that Russia regard the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation as an effective mechanism for ensuring stability and security in Central Asia.

В статье говорится о Центральной Азии как о стратегическом партнере России, которая имеет здесь законные интересы в политической энергетической, культурной и других сферах и заинтересована в продвижении регионального мира и стабильности, включая борьбу против международного терроризма и наркотрафика. Много внимания уделено влиянию афганского фактора на ситуацию в Центрально-Азиатском регионе и России. По мнению автора, Россия рассматривает ШОС как эффективный механизм поддержания стабильности и безопасности в Центральной Азии.
