Abstract

The Proceedings of the School on Biotechnology for Students, Ph.D. Students and Young scientists in English (foodbiotech.urfu.ru) includes Lectures and Master Classes from Senior Scientists in Food Biotechnology, Molecular Biology and Food Chemistry. The School was held in the Ural Federal University named after the First President of the Russian Federation B.N. Yeltsin (UrFU) in face-to-face and on-line modes from July 8 to July 19, 2024 under the financial support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation (MEGAGRANT, contract No 075-15-2022-1118, 29.06.2022). It is addressed students of the last and penultimate years of undergraduate and graduate studies studying in biological, chemical and chemical-technological areas of Russian and foreign universities and preparatory departments of leading universities in Russia.
