Система распределения слушателей ПОдИУ УрФУ в общежитие : магистерская диссертация

Abstract

The aim of the work is to analyze and design a web service for convenient distribution of students when settling in a dormitory of UrFU. The object of the study is the process of distributing foreign applicants and students in dormitories. The research methods include: analysis of documents and statistical data, interviewing university employees responsible for distributing students of the Preparatory Department for Foreign Students of UrFU to a dormitory, surveying students of the Preparatory Department for Foreign Students of UrFU and developing and testing a new model for distributing students of the Preparatory Department for Foreign Students of UrFU to a dormitory. The results of the work are an analysis of the characteristics and needs of foreign students of UrFU, on the basis of which a workable, scalable, integrated web service was designed, aimed at working with a student database, including their data required for settlement (type of study, gender, religion, etc.), and the structure of dormitories.

Целью работы является анализ и проектирование веб-сервиса для удобного распределения студентов при поселении в общежитие УрФУ. Объектом исследования является процесс распределения иностранных абитуриентов и студентов в общежитиях. Методы исследования включают в себя: анализ документов и статистических данных, интервьюирование сотрудников университета, ответственных за распределение слушателей Подготовительного отделения для иностранных учащихся УрФУ в общежитие, опрос студентов Подготовительного отделения для иностранных учащихся УрФУ и разработка и тестирование новой модели распределения слушателей Подготовительного отделения для иностранных учащихся УрФУ в общежитие. Результатами работы является проведение анализа особенностей и потребностей иностранных студентов УрФУ, на основе которого спроектирован работоспособный, масштабируемый, интегрируемый веб-сервис, нацеленный на работу с базой студентов, включая их данные, необходимые при поселении (тип обучения, пол, религия и т.п.), и структурой общежитий.
