Инвестиционная привлекательность «зелёной» технологии и инноваций : магистерская диссертация

Abstract

Актуальность темы исследования. Экономика и экология неразрывно связаны друг с другом, и в современном мире становится все более очевидным, что от традиционной модели «коричневой» экономики, основанной на истощении природных ресурсов и загрязнении окружающей среды, необходимо переходить к устойчивой «зелёной» экономике. Это означает построение экономических отношений, учитывающих влияние человеческой деятельности на природу и активно участвующих в защите окружающей среды. Цель диссертационного исследования – проанализировать текущее состояние «зелёной» экономики в рамках Евразийского экономического союза и разработать методические рекомендации, направленные на повышение её инвестиционной привлекательности. Основными задачами являются: рассмотреть подходы к определению понятия «зелёной» экономики; рассмотреть историю возникновения концепции «зелёной» экономики; выявить и рассмотреть основные принципы и цели «зелёной» экономики; рассмотреть основные сегменты «зелёной» экономики; выявить и проанализировать проблемы, связанные с привлечением инвестиций в «зелёную» экономику; проанализировать механизмы привлечения инвестиций в «зелёную» экономику; проанализировать риски в сфере «зелёной» экономики; оценить текущее состояние «зелёной» экономики в странах – участницах Евразийского экономического союза; определить перспективы развития «зелёной» экономики в Евразийском экономическом союзе; разработать методические рекомендации, направленные на повышение инвестиционной привлекательности «зелёной» экономики в Евразийском экономическом союзе.

Relevance of the research topic. Economics and ecology are inextricably linked with each other, and in the modern world it is becoming increasingly obvious that it is necessary to move from the traditional model of the "brown" economy based on the depletion of natural resources and environmental pollution to a sustainable "green" economy. This means building economic relations that take into account the impact of human activity on nature and actively participate in environmental protection. The purpose of the dissertation research is to analyze the current state of the "green" economy within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union and develop methodological recommendations aimed at increasing its investment attractiveness. The main tasks are: to consider approaches to defining the concept of a "green" economy; to consider the history of the emergence of the concept of a "green" economy; to identify and consider the basic principles and goals of a "green" economy; to consider the main segments of the "green" economy; to identify and analyze problems related to attracting investments in the "green" economy; to analyze the mechanisms to attract investments into the "green" economy; to analyze the risks in the field of the "green" economy; to assess the current state of the "green" economy in the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union; to determine the prospects for the development of the "green" economy in the Eurasian Economic Union; to develop methodological recommendations aimed at increasing the investment attractiveness of the "green" economy in the Eurasian Economic Union.
