A Descriptive Survey on Green Human Resource Management Practices and Employees’ Well-Being

Abstract

This study analysed employees’ perceptions of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) toward their wellbeing. Data was gathered from participants mostly from Nigeria and also from other countries – Russia, China, Kazakhstan etc. The descriptive result shows that workers significantly have a positive perception of GHRM on their wellbeing.
