Анализ конъюнктуры и тенденций развития мебельного рынка РФ

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты анализа конъюнктуры мебельного рынка РФ и тенденций его развития в современной изменяющейся среде. С учетом полученных результатов был проведен анализ конкурентной среды ООО «Фортис-М» по модели 5 сил М. Портера и даны рекомендации по дальнейшему стратегическому развитию компании.

The article presents the results of the analysis of the conjuncture of the furniture market of the Russian Federation and the trends of its development in the modern changing environment. We presented an analysis of the competitive environment of Fortis-M based on M. Porter's 5 forces model and recommendations for further strategic development of the company.
