Институциональная адаптация Ростовской области к ключевым трендам развития цифровой экономики

Abstract

В статье раскрываются основные тренды развития цифровой экономики и приводятся результаты анализа стратегических документов Ростовской области с позиций оценки отражения в их содержании приоритетных направлений цифровой трансформации региона. Изучение Стратегии социально-экономического развития и Стратегии в области цифровой трансформации отраслей экономики, социальной сферы и государственного управления Ростовской области позволило сделать вывод о достаточно высоком уровне институциональной адаптации региона к новым условиям развития.

The article reveals the main trends in the development of the digital economy and presents the results of the analysis of strategic documents of the Rostov region from the standpoint of assessing the reflection in their content of the priority directions of the digital transformation of the region. The study of the Strategy of socio-economic development and the Strategy in the field of digital transformation of economic sectors, social sphere and public administration of the Rostov region allowed us to conclude about a high level of institutional adaptation of the region to new development conditions.
