О внедрении искусственного интеллекта в производство

Abstract

Цель работы – Актуальность обусловлена цифровизацией экономики и внедрением искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) в производственные процессы. В данной работе сделана попытка оценить эффективность применения ИИ для автоматизации производства. Таким образом, цель работы – оценить эффект от внедрения ИИ в автоматизированные системы управления технологическими процессами (АСУ ТП). Рассматривались следующие процедуры внедрения ИИ: выбор реализуемых ИИ функций, выбор системы ИИ, выбор аппаратной реализации и приобретение ИИ, формирование тестов для обучения ИИ, внедрение ИИ, оценка результатов от внедрения ИИ. При внедрении подразумевался ИИ на базе нейронных сетей с глубинным обучение. Неоднозначность оценки затрат существует при выборе аппаратных средств из-за отсутствия данных разработанных версий ИИ. Это усложняет определение капитальных затрат. Предложена формула вычисления затрат на внедрение ИИ в АСУ ТП. Внедрение ИИ в автоматизированную систему управления технологическими процессами (АСУ ТП) значительной экономии не обеспечит. Такие выводы сделаны на основе метода калькуляции.

The purpose of the work - Relevance is due to the digitalization of the economy and the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) in production processes. In this work, an attempt was made to assess the effectiveness of using AI to automate production. Thus, the purpose of the work is to assess the effect of the introduction of AI into automated process control systems (APCS). The following AI implementation procedures were considered: the choice of functions implemented by AI, the choice of an AI system, the choice of a hardware implementation and the acquisition of AI, the formation of tests for AI training, the introduction of AI, and the assessment of results from the introduction of AI. When implemented, AI based on neural networks with in-depth training was implied. The ambiguity of cost estimates exists in the choice of hardware due to the lack of data from developed versions of AI. This complicates the definition of capital expenditure. A formula for calculating the costs of introducing AI into APCS is proposed. The introduction of AI into the automated process control system (APCS) will not provide significant savings. Such conclusions are made on the basis of the calculation method.
