Abstract

Research of features of social and economic development of the Russian Federation as a whole and regions separately in conditions of astable economy has more and more increasing value with a view of improvement of quality of a life of the population, formation of conditions for development of managing subjects. Subjecting to the analysis the potential of development of regions is necessary for considering, that each subject of the Russian Federation has the specific conditions for social and economic development and an opportunity of an effective utilization of the limited resources within the limits of the developed set of various kinds of labor activity.
